Who runs BSSC

Best Self Social Club is brought to you by AI+You Studio. This notice explains how BSSC handles information collected through the BSSC website, member experience, opportunity edit, submission forms, account features, and related emails.

What BSSC collects

When you join, BSSC stores the email address and optional city you provide, your confirmation that you follow BSSC on Instagram, and the date you consented to receive the club edit.

If you use member features, BSSC may also store your private opportunity activity, including events or podcasts you save, mark as attending, mark as completed, or mark as pitched. If you submit an event or podcast for review, BSSC collects the information you choose to provide in that submission, including your name, email, notes, links, and suggested opportunity details.

BSSC also uses limited technical information needed to operate the site, such as cookies, local storage, authentication sessions, device or browser information, and server logs.

How it is used

This information is used to provide access to the opportunity directory, improve which opportunities are curated, and send BSSC editorial updates when email delivery is active. BSSC does not sell member contact information.

BSSC may use information to create or maintain your account, deliver sign-in links, keep your private tracker synced across devices, review community submissions, prevent misuse, improve the opportunity edit, send the BSSC editorial digest, and share relevant AI+You Studio updates when you have agreed to receive them.

Member activity

Saved, attending, completed, and pitched statuses are stored in the member’s private BSSC account so they can return to their tracker across browsers and devices. Directory visibility remains opt-in.

BSSC does not make your saved, attending, completed, or pitched activity public. If BSSC later launches member profiles or a member directory, profile visibility will be treated as a separate opt-in setting.

Email and marketing choices

By joining BSSC, you agree to receive the BSSC editorial digest and related club communications. BSSC marketing emails are sent from AI+You Studio’s Kajabi account and include a way to unsubscribe. Account, security, sign-in, or service emails may still be sent when needed to operate your BSSC account.

BSSC may use tools such as Supabase for accounts and member data, Vercel for hosting, Kajabi for audience management and marketing email delivery, and Resend, Supabase email, or another email provider for transactional sign-in or service messages. These providers process information only as needed to help BSSC operate.

Cookies and local storage

BSSC uses cookies and local storage to remember that the club edit has been unlocked on your device, support sign-in, keep the member experience working, and migrate earlier device activity into your account when possible. Browser settings may let you remove this data, though doing so may sign you out or require you to unlock the edit again.

External links

Event organizers, ticket sellers, podcasts, and social platforms have their own privacy practices. BSSC links to their official pages but does not control how those services handle information.

Sponsored or promoted opportunities

BSSC may eventually include sponsored placements, promoted opportunities, affiliate links, or partner features. When that happens, BSSC will aim to identify paid or sponsored relationships clearly so members can understand the context behind a placement.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option in those emails. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or export of your BSSC account information by contacting admin@aiyoustudio.com. Some information may be retained when necessary for security, legal, anti-abuse, accounting, or legitimate operational reasons.

Data retention and security

BSSC keeps information for as long as needed to provide the club edit, maintain member accounts, review submissions, honor member choices, and protect the service. BSSC uses reasonable safeguards and access controls, but no website, email system, or database can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Age limit

BSSC is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not designed for children, and BSSC does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
